Merion John Warren
Potter

John Warren graduated from Loughborough College of Art and Design in 1967 and immediately started a pottery. This ran until 1973 when he had to get a 'proper job', teaching at Eastbourne College of Art and Design, to support his growing, young family.

His new pottery has been running since 1996, following early retirement from teaching. John makes brightly coloured and decorated 'useful' things, from small jugs, mugs and bowls, to larger pieces for the garden, especially the corseted, torso planters.
